CoreLogic have developed award winning software and services that are designed to support the assessment, installation and reporting of Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035, whilst supporting Government schemes including ECO4, LAD, HUG SHDF & GBIS.

PAS 2035 Retrofit App mobile software enables Assessors to carry out compliant Retrofit Assessments in one single visit and capture all necessary PAS, ECO and technical information for a job on-site. Built in validation checks help Assessors ensure that all required surveys, documents and data are collected.
PAS 2035 Retrofit AppPAS Hub desktop software enables installation firms to manage Retrofit work, including, transfer of work between companies, project sign-off and lodgement onto the TrustMark data warehouse. PAS Hub offers seamless integration with the PAS 2035 Retrofit App and other systems including ECO Hub and Funder Hub.
PAS HubCoreLogic’s Retrofit Coordinator Service enables companies without the in-house skills or capacity to outsource PAS 2035 Retrofit work to ecmk accredited Retrofit Coordinators, who will oversee Retrofit projects through to project sign-off and final lodgement to the TrustMark data warehouse. All work is managed using CoreLogic’s software.
Retrofit Coordinator ServiceCoreLogic offer three levels of service for Retrofit Assessments, which can include a visual element, utilising virtual tour and drone technology to capture a more detailed property inspection. This service includes a digital twin of the property, architectural level floor plans, property condition photography and external aerial imagery.
Retrofit Assessment ServicesCoreLogic provide PAS customers with dedicated software training and regular updates via online clinic sessions, operated by the account management and retrofit coordinator team members. CoreLogic also issue technical bulletins and provide a technical support helpline, 7 days a week, ensuring that every customer is confidently using the software and services to the optimum.
